Yes, this is the very first time i am gonna write something, as my nature is little introwarted and also shy. So, i just keep away my self from all. But i think writing can help me. But i didn’t start this because i want to give knowledge every one about something or do marketing of something or about Ayurveda. there are several peoples around me, a big heads, well known personality, who are doing this all. and with the depth of knowledge and all experience of so many years they are providing all the knowledge to society.
Than why one more blog? because sometime i feel like i don’t understand what they want to say!!🤔 so,even though i am in this field i can not understand that, than this is difficult for the other peoples too!!
that’s why i decided to write. I just want to put everything here whichever inside me and what i understood and think as easy as possible. and also applicable easily in life.🙂
Roots of Ayurveda is in India. but though most of the people are not so aware of this science or they have not a true knowledge about this.
This is also because of the misbranding and misleading advertisement of the Ayurveda products.
So, the aim of this all new journey is to make things as simple as possible that everyone can understand easily and by their own knowledge and understanding they decide what is good and what is bad for their self.
